Adidas Adizero 9.8 Shoes, Crazy Light Basketball Shoes
Adidas already has the lightest footwear in football and soccer. Now, they're taking that same title for basketball, too, with the adiZero Crazy Light.
How lightweight are the kicks? Well, crazy light, as the name enthuses, tipping the scales at only 9.8 ounces -- a 15% reduction over its closest competition. Despite the feathery frame, it's commissioned for performance, too, and will likely appear on the feet of some of your favorite NBA stars come this year's playoff season.
The Adidas adiZero Crazy Light features a SprintWeb upper (which helps with the weight reduction, while foisting a secure fit), a Torsion System midsole and the signature three stripes logo emblazoned around the ankles. First player to get his own colorway will be the Chicago Bulls' Derrick Rose, who will have his name emblazoned on the lateral heel of the Black/Red/White, hi-top version.
According to Rose, he expects the shoes to help him run the court faster during their playoff run, so I guess they've designed it to facilitate better footwork and movement on court. Adidas claims they've been working on the ultra-lightweight model for the last two years.
Want one? The Adidas adiZero Crazy Light will hit stores starting June 3rd. Initial drop will see four different colorways, priced at $130 each.

Jennifer Lopez Shoes: Christian Louboutin Footwear
What? We are doing two Jennifer Lopez posts in one day? Well, why not? She’s a superstar, isn’t she? Anyhoo, this time we’re blogging about Jen’s frilly Christian Louboutin shoes which kind of matches her frilly dress. Maybe it’s the way she is posing, but we are not loving her outfit here. Her dress, sorry to say, looks like a garbage bag. What do you think? She’s got awesome earrings though which is lovely.

Bibi Pumps Christian Louboutin Shoes
Until now, we're not aware of the ugly stick ever having gone within a mile of a Louboutin shoe, but this might just be one that slipped through the net. The style itself is a little clumpy, but it's the colour palate that's really unsettling our sensibilities.
It's quite possible that it just needs better lighting, or looks great on the right pair of legs, but we have a hard-wired rule here at Shoewawa that orange and pink Do Not Go, and this style breaks it. In bits.
