Who is Jasper Conran, you ask? Right now he’s our latest royal obsession, as he has allegedly designed one of the top secret Kate Middleton wedding dresses that we’re dying to see. Jasper is a British designer with over 20 years as a designer up his sleeve, including ready-to-wear collections, ballet garments, and opera gowns.
