after we've learned about the numerous installments of Jordan "classics" for the end of 2010/the beginning of 2011 (cool grey 11s, true blue 3s, bordeaux 7s, white-cement 3s, laney 5s, grape 5s, cardinal 7s...), it gets even better, as more hot releases are confirmed for next year. This time, it's the Air Jordan V Black-metallic, set to drop in May.
Beyond all the hype, I wanna know how a true sneakerhead feels about his favorite brand overstocking the market with a zillion retro releases at a time? To me, this totally objects my notion of a true classic. And what makes the entire situation even worse, is the fact that the significant increase of releases unfortunately results in a tremendous loss of quality. I mean what is the point of releasing the True Blue 3's again after only 2 years???
Anyways, here's a picture of the upcoming black-metallic Air Jordan V.
